1. Processing & Handling Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please note: During peak seasonal launches or promotional periods, processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience!
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on total weight and destination. Because paint is a heavy liquid commodity, we utilize optimized carrier rates to keep your costs as low as possible.

Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping: Usually arrives within 2–3 business days after processing.
3. Weather & Climate Precautions (Important for Acrylics)
Acrylic paint is a water-based product and can be compromised if frozen for extended periods.

Winter Shipping: During extreme winter freezes, Foxy Hues may temporarily hold shipments for 24–48 hours to avoid paint freezing in transit warehouses.

Recommendation: We highly recommend tracking your package closely during extreme hot or cold weather to ensure it is not left exposed on a porch or in a mailbox for an extended period.
4. Damages, Leaks, and Transit Issues
We take immense pride in our packaging. Every bottle and bundle is sealed and cushioned to survive the journey. However, accidents happen.

Damaged or Leaking Goods: If your paint arrives leaking, cracked, or severely damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Foxyhuespaints@gmail.com.

What we need: Please include your order number and a clear photograph of the damaged product and the packaging. We will swiftly send out a replacement for the damaged items at no extra cost to you.

Please do not discard the paint or packaging until you have contacted us, as the carrier may require proof for the insurance claim.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Foxy Hues is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that go missing or are stolen from your property. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you cannot find it:

Check with neighbors or your local delivery driver.

Wait 24 hours (carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely).

Contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim.
6. International Shipping
At this time, Foxy Hues ships exclusively within The United States and Canada. We hope to expand our shipping zones globally in the near future!
